What exactly is the formula?
In plain and simple language it means that it is not ‘what’ you do in business, or what type of business you do, but ‘how’ you conduct your business that determines the scope of your success.

In the Formula ABC→D the letters mean the following:
A – stand for Atmosphere
B – stands for Benefits
C – stands for Commitment
D – stands for Delivery
Atmosphere means that we attract clients through creating the right atmosphere.
Benefits mean that the client will only deal with our business if they benefited from it.
Commitment means the commitment the business makes to the client and, in turn, the commitment the client will make to be loyal to the business.
Delivery means for the business to make absolutely sure that it delivers to the client what it promised, or, preferably, deliver more than the client expected.

Is the formula easy to implement?
Yes, if you follow the rules as they are explained in the book.
No, if you break the rules.

There are clear and distinct rules for small business success. I have taken over a number of failing businesses and turned them into money makers. All I did was make sure that the proper rules were followed again. The reason the businesses got into trouble in the first place was because they either didn’t understand the rules, or they didn’t follow them properly.
The rules, as they are explained in my book are simple and easy to follow. And they don’t take more financial investment or more risk. All it takes is a clear understanding of the rules and some extra work.

How long does it take to make a business successful?
It usually takes no more than a year for me to turn a business profitable. It takes the same amount of time to start a business and have it break even.

A lot depends on how hard you are willing to work for a while. It usually doesn’t require much money but it does need extra work and time to implement the proper systems after they have been designed following the rules.

How fool-proof is this formula?
One hundred percent. Read my book and you will understand. It is almost impossible to fail if you follow the formula properly.

My stories about my experiences in business will show that I only really failed once. That was in my very first business. And of course, some businesses made more money than others. How much money you want to make depends on how motivated you are.
